How do I request a course or custom format that isn’t available?

Both requests happen right inside the event builder, without leaving the flow.

1. Missing course. In the Course & tees step, search for your course (and try the wider deep search). If it still doesn't turn up, tap the "Still can't find it? Request this course" link and submit — it opens a support request with the course name already filled in.
2. Custom format. In the Format & Scoring step, if none of the built-in formats cover a rule your group actually plays by, tap the "Request a custom format" link and describe what you need.

Both requests go straight to the Hold the Green team.
