How do I turn on text or email notifications?

Open your account menu and go to the Notifications tab.

1. Find the grid of notification categories — roster & membership, substitutes, rounds & scoring, results & standings, and event announcements.
2. For each category, choose whether you get notified in-app, by email, and/or by text. Turning a box off genuinely stops that notification on that channel.
3. For text messages, make sure you've added and enabled a phone number on your account's Profile tab first — the SMS column only works once that's done.

Billing and account-security alerts are always sent, on every channel, since those matter too much to miss. Every notification email includes a one-click unsubscribe if you want out of a specific channel.
